Before taking my phone to the apple store a few weeks ago, I went ahead and synced it one last time before restoring it to factory settings (phone was jailbroken.)
Problem was, after restoring it and trying to sync it with my previous saved sync, the phone will start up with the Apple logo, then fall into an endless loop where it will vibrate every 10 seconds and REMAIN on the Apple logo screen with the little cursor circling around continuously. In other words, I am never able to get to the home page, see my synced notes, etc.
I thought I had lost all my pictures until I realized that my computer actually recognizes the iPhone is connected and I can pull my pictures off of it using Windows. The phone still remains in an endless loop, though. I've tried everything; the only way to get the phone to boot up normally is if I restore it to factory settings and DON'T use that particular sync file.
I have a lot of stuff that I type in Notes for myself, and would love to be able to somehow get all these back. I understand that each individual sync creates a unique backup, and that the folders are all stored in a location for Vista (One that I found.)
I found the folder that is dated Oct-10th, which is the sync date I need.
So my question is, is there any way to make sense of all the hundreds of random files in that folder? Can I SOMEHOW find my notes in there, or use a program/combination of programs?
