This is the second time I've had to restore with Custom Firmware 2.1
The first time everything worked great. Loaded up new apps, made phone calls. Then woke up in the morning and I couldn't dial out. Phone mode just kept crashing.

So I reinstalled CFW 2.1 and before restoring my back up made sure the phone worked. Yay!!!
Did the restore backup. Things only loaded up partially at first. Eventually go my purchased apps loaded. The Contacts icon showed all my contacts but I had nothing in Phone contacts or favourites. I set up for mobile me sync. Nothing synced in Phone Contacts and now the other contacts icon has no contacts in it's address book. What gives.

Is there another way, maybe through SSH to load this up? Any advice welcome.
