Here's a weird one. When upgrading firmware and moving over contacts from Outlook, some get messed up a bit, some overwritten, and some added to. I'm guessing this is because setting in Itunes, conflict with Outlook data.
All of a sudden I get some calls but the slider is locked and won't budge to answer them. Investigating I see that those are linked to custom ringtones that are no longer on my phone due to upgrading. When the ringtones are changed to existing ones, or restored, POOF the calls can now be answered again!
