    Default Enabling APN settings

    I want to enable the APN settings on my phone.
    The cydia program doesn't install, it gives a mismatch error.
    How can I enable the menu?

    This is the one area of the iPhone I know nothing about. I don't even know what it stands for. I think I'll make this my next read.
