How to setup the Proxy Address:
On your Internet Explorer do the following:

i am a student in the GUC and i must enter these settings in order to be able to access the internet there is a wep key i got it and i can be connected but no internet
here it is the steps
1. Click tool – Internet Options – connections – Lan settings
2. Check use a proxy server….
3. Type in address: 10.0.0.5 port: 8080
4. On the exceptions field type in *.guc.edu.eg
5. Click OK and exit
If you have a different browser please find the proxy settings and it should be the same as the above settings
