Default Help using SFTP on mac (using transit, or cyberduck)

alright im behind routers and firewalls, and all that crap so i dont use wifi on my mac at work.

so what I did is created a network (computer to computer)

found it on my iphone and connected

clicked blue arrow to see IP address

typed in IP address in transit and cyberduck (while phone was plugged in with cable to usb)

port 22 and 21 were both tried

    user: root
    pass: alpine

message from transit: permission denied, could not connect to server
message from cyberd: network error connection failed (timed out)

    whats up?!?

all those programs are a pain in the rear getting connected, i would just use diskaid, search for it lets you connect and transfer usb
