Need to get a 8gb 3g iPhone

Hi

I am from India and as you guyz must be knowing the 3G version has been launched here for a whoooping INR 31000(approx $700).

I am looking for some1 who could help me get a new iPhone 3G in the US for $200 from the At&T store. Is any of the following ways possible.

1) Could an Existing AT&T subscriber(non iPhone user) upgrade to an iPhone 3g for $200?

2) Could an existing AT&T subscriber(iPhone user) get another new/refurb iPhone 3g on his existing contract if he reports his iPhone stolen/broken/lost?

3) Any other way to get a new iPhone without paying much for the contract(i would be ready to pay abt $100 - $125 for the contract)

4) Could i just sign up for a new contract and then break it?if yes how much would i end up paying for the 3g? ( Phone($200) + plan + rental + defaulting + etc + etc) ... basically what would be the total cost if i took a new contract and then broke it by paying the fine.

If any1 of these above mentioned methods is possible and if any1 of you is ready to help me get a new 3g phone .. please do PM me back or post here

Really there are a few ways...
Someone who already has the contract can buy the phone for $399.00

Someone can sign a new contract, wait a month, cancel the contract for $175.00
In this way you pay $199.00 for the phone + $40.00 activation fee + $20.00 upgrade fee (even if you are NEW to ATT) = $435.00

The only reason our price is $200 is because the price of the phone is subsidiszed by ATT (which they are not doing in India). You can get the phone for less that $700 here, but it is not going to end up costing a flat $200 if you don;t plan on keeping the contract (you would be hard pressed to find someone who wants the contract but not the phone I would think)
