What is better BL 3.9 or 4.6

Can somebody tell me the diferences between them and whitch is better

i dont think you have a choice....one is for the old fw, the other is for the new..and it has to be right in order for the phone to jailbreak and still have connection.

You can flash your baseband to different versions and it will still work on your firmware, but your signal varies. Basically the baseband update that comes with the firmware is usually best. On 2.0, for some reason my phone didnt update to 4.6, so I did it and it helped increase my signal a little (some other forums had said that this would help). Alot can go wrong though, if I were you, I'd leave it alone. (I temporarily bricked my phone: while flashing my autolock screen came on and erased the baseband! Had to do a long and drawn out restore.) But if you should choose to flash your band, I highly recommend turning off your autolock screen! lol. Good luck!
