I-phone warranty??

Hello everyone, just got my first I-phone off ebay (1st gen, 8gb) and wondering what kind of warranty i will be able to get?

Applecare can be purchased, but I don't personally think it is worth the expense for an older phone. Maybe on the 3g, but IMO it is still too small of a purchase to justify a large applecare purchase. It's mostly useful on the computers and screens that can go from $1k to $4k

if it is a new one, there is probably still some warranty left on it... i just got my 1st gen exchanged, and the warranty is good until june 09... although i wont be using it since i have a 3g...
