    Default back up everything?

    Simply put, is it possible to back up the entire phone? I'm talking AppStore apps, Cydia apps, contacts, music/videos/pictures and all...
    I wanted to bring my phone in for a warranty replacement and didn't want to go through 100 straight hours of bringing my phone back to its current setup.
    Is there anything out there that would work?
    BTW, I have a 16gb 3G iPhone on 2.1...
