For the past few days i've been looking like crazy everywhere in google and couldn't find the answer - anywhere in Thailand that I can buy iPhone 3G? and if so, what are the prices?

In that same time, I would like to know if anyone knows about iPhone in France / Andorra?

That shows the countries where the 3G is available (officially) France is on there, Thailand is not. Just click the icon (flag) of the country you want and you will get more info.

Yea I know there's no way to buy the iPhone officaly, but just like every other place - there's almost for sure a store that'll sale also (not officaly)
