Selling 2g, 1.1.4 or 2.1?

So I'm going to ebay my 2g 8gb phone, it has 1.1.4 and is unlocked and jailbroken. Just looking for opinions, sell as it is with 1.1.4, or upgrade to 2.1 and unlock/jailbreak and then sell?

I would upgrade it to 2.1 and then rejailbreak/unlock so who ever buys it has the option for the App Store.

I would just list it and say you are willing to leave at 1.1.4 or upgrade to 2.1... let the buyer decide.

The average buyer on ebay is not an iphone expert/unlocker and doesn't care to be one. They will most likely not even know the benfits/drawbacks to being on a different firmware. You as an educated seller should make the decision as if you were the buyer... what firmware would benefit you the most?

Although since you're still on the archaic 1.1.4 firmware I don't know if you can answer that yet, haha.

^^He's right....however if you can say that the software is "current" or "updated" then it sounds much better.
