With WinSCP or CyberDuck, make sure the ROMs are in /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/(Name of Emulator)

Most likely, they installed in /var/root/Media/ROMs/(Name of Emulator)

Well you are going to have to Install OpenSSH, then if you have Windows, download WinSCP, Mac, CyberDuck, and then use your Wifi IP Address, find on phone, username root password alpine. Then move all of your roms from /var/root/Media/ROMs/(Name of Emulator) to /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/(Name of Emulator), and it should work perfectly...

OpenSSH is in Installer for your phone. WinSCP is on your computer...

you have to download BSD subsystem and OpenSSH on Installer.app. Once you have done that that use WSCP to access your iPhone at it's i.p. address. username:root password:alpine. Then issue the commands, one after the other:

    chmod 777 /var/root/Media/ROMs/GBA
    chmod 777 /var/root/Media/ROMs/PSX
    chmod 777 /var/root/Media/ROMs/NES
    chmod 777 /var/root/Media/ROMs/SNES

after that you should be able to play your ROMs. However you might not be able to save files. Theres a command to fix that too but I forgot it. Its out there though, you can google it. if your ROM's are saved under mobile then just change root to mobile in the above command.
