Is it possible to tether my iphone's 3g connection to ipod touch?
I've got a jailbroken iphone 3g and my friends going to get the touch. Will it be possible for me to offer him my internet access when he is away from wifi? this would sure be cool!
thanks

Theoretically a tethering app such as netshare should allow him to use your phone as a router, but I don't recall it being done with a touch.

i think with the tethering in 3.0, you can connect tether your 3g to your macbook, then share the internet connection with airport, which would turn your macbook into a router sharing your 3g's tethered connection.
i currently do this with pda net and share it to ethernet to connect to xbox live, but if your tethered over usb/bluetooth i dont see why the connection cant be shared over airport.
dnt even know where to start with a pc....The Original Autobot of MMiJesus couldn't turn into a fire engine
