Stop Home Screen Icons Auto Arranging Up?

Hi,
Can you stop the home screen icons from automatically moving up? I want to see my wallpaper at the top half mainly, I only have 8 icons on the home screen but i want them at the bottom not the top, how can i stop them automatically going to the top of the screen?

Nope. you have to use "blanks" from cydia.

in cydia, go to repositories, add the steffwiz source, and then download blank icons (they come in 5, 10, 15, etc), then you just place these where you want the screen to remain blank.

Sorry, me again! I got the Steffwiz source but I cant find any blank icons! where are they hiding??

once you added the steffiz source, go to Sections scroll down to Blanks there you will see all of them...

they'll be icons on your springboard. It'll look like nothings there, but when you try to 'wiggle the icons', you'll find them.

I wonder if it will hang the blank icon in the abyss of disappearing app hell if you remove the 5 icon dock with one still in the dock............ Like it would be stuck in the resources and not allow you to uninstall the blanks package or something. Hmmmmm......
