Fring on iPhone 3g wihout using App Store??

Is there any way to download and install fring on my Jailbroken iPhone 3g because i dont have any appStore account and cant even create a free one

you can't create a free itunes account? there's no such thing as a paid itunes account

I have my Iphone with 2.1 ( No 3G) and I try to install it but sill I nned to make the account but if you know how I will be thankfull

you make a free itunes store account by clicking on the free app. When it asks you to log in, create a new account. Then when you pick your payment option, tehre is a none option.

i've got the same problem..
but i couldn't create an (free) itunes account for my country..so i created a UK one..
and when i tried to download fring..it said your account is only valid for purchases in the UK store :S
any way of getting around it?
