Hey peeps.
My goal is to have proximity on Iphone w/bluetooth in my house. I have it working using windows synced to bluetooth iphone(passcode). Regardless if phone is around, it is listed as a bluetooth device. I have a program check for available services onthe iphone. When the phone is in range, there are results, otehrwise it errors out and that means i am not in range (or off). PROBLEM IS-> after X amount of checks/time (30 min?), the bluetooth disables itself even though the iphone shows it as running (i am guessing for security reasons). Turning it off and turning it on fixes this. But this is obviously not a solution. So... I can SSH and disable the service to get bluetooth off but turning the service on does not get me up and running.
Does anyone know how to turn on bluetooth when terminal'ed (SSH) into it (I can automate this process w/SSH) ? OR has anyone found another solution for this (one that does not use a linux server)?
My only option left is xcode something but im a .net/javascript guy and i SUCK with it.
