Screenshot, fluke???

So this morning my Iphone was lagging along a little bit so i tried to power it down and reboot the phone. The phone turned off but would not turn back on. I then plugged the phone in to my car charger (battery was already fully charged) and I got the apple logo to come up but would not go past that screen, I then unplugged it from the charger and tried to turn the phone off, it would not. I then held the power and home button and 3 seconds later the home screen came up, then the screen went white and faded back to the home screen, later this morning I was browsing through my pictures and I have a screen shot of the home screen @ 7 a.m. , same time this happened, same number of service bars, everything, anyone ever heard of this?
