intelliscreen help

Intelliscreen stopped working once I purchased a premium license. It was working just fine through the entire trial period, but now it stopped working. When I hit enable and apply it says saving changes and restarts the springboard, but it never shows up on my lock screen. When I go to check the settings again it says it’s not enabled, so I try again and the same problem. I tried reinstalling with no luck. Please help.
