Okay so I try to create short "29" second songs from my iTunes to use on my iPhone. I did 3 perfectly and now im having an issue. To people who know, when you right click on the song click "get info" then "options" to change the start and stop times. I then click the box next to start and stop time. When I click okay it unclicks the start box so that makes the song 0:00 seconds and it wont play. Why is the box unchecking itself?

It sounds like you are trying to cut the song in an improper format.

I love how everyone on these forums are quick to send you somewhere else. I understand there are different places to post different issues but the last post in the "ringtone" area was at 4:56 today. This is an issue that should be a quick fix for someone who knows. Thanks for your concern though!!

Is this an iTunes bought song? I imagine that might cause an issue, not really sure though, never bought one.

OP: Is there something about my post that is invisible? You cannot convert a song in improper format. I said that in the first response.

lol I have no idea what that means... Im kinda a Noob!! I download from LimeWire and thats where the songs come from.
