iPhone Visual Voicemail for Unlocked Phones?????
I was just curious if it is possible to develop an app that allows those using the iPhone with other carriers to have visual voicemail capabilities like at&t customers have access to? Thank you

Its not a limitation of the phone or the app. Its a carrier specific issue.
So long, and thanks for all the fish

True dat. If your carrier can't support VVM, you can't use in on the iPhone.
Get "iPod & iTunes for Dummies", it'll change your life.

Having never had visual voicemail I don't know what all the fuss is about.
You know someone's left you a voicemail by the notification on the phone app.He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

I'm curious to try it but I don't think it's that amazing.
Without VVM, it'd just be like using voicemail on any other phone
I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something
