Virginized? How do I know...

Hey MMI peeps,

I have had a 1st gen iPhone for a while and recently the sensitivity went out on the screen so Apple is going to replace it. I just want to make sure that it is virginized before I send it to them. I unlocked using Pwnage Tool, and just restored it by putting in restore mode. How can I tell if it is in its virgin state?
