Windows not recognizing Iphone

For some reason windows is no longer recognizing/charging my iphone.

The phone charges fine via the wall charger
The phone detects and charges fine on my laptop

When i connect it to my desktop, nothing happens. I have reinstalled Itunes, checked all the processes to make sure they are running and all seems well but for some reason my phone all of a sudden no longer likes my desktop.

I guessing it might be drivers related, I have reinstalled the drivers and still no go

Any ideas?
