Can I Upgrade To iTunes 8?????? Answer Appreciated!!!!
I have an unlocked/jailbroken 2G (via WinPwn) running 2.0.2. Can I just upgrade To iTunes 8 (don't want to upgrade to 2.1 yet) without having any problems?If this was already posted somewhere I am sorry.

Yes, just dont accidentally hit "upgrade", for your iphone.

09-29-2008, 04:43 PM #3Thank you for your fast response! Just to be sure I don't screw this up, when the pop up says "a new version of iTunes (8.0) is available would you like to download it now?" I just click the download now button and that's it? Won't have my iphone attached !!!!!

Correct sir. iTunes 8 is pretty sweet. I suggest exploring the genius function. I havent used my iTunes in anyother way since.
