Can't Access Applications with WinSCP underFW 2.1

The thread title pretty much sums it up. Since updating to 2.1, I can't access the Applications folder (the directory that contains the stock apps) with WinSCP. I can get into it fine with MobileFinder on the iPhone, but not with WinSCP. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Any help would be appreciated!
