Pics taken with camera nowhere to be found - need help

1st gen iPhone, unlocked, jailbroken, 2.1 firware.

I believe it started on my 2.0 update. The pictures that I take with the camera do not show up in camera roll. The last one I took shows as a thumbnail in photos.app but when I go INTO the camera roll it is not there. I synced with iPhoto and they don't show up and when I SSH in they do not show up. I know I'm taking pictures but they are just disappearing.

Any advise? I don't see the point in restoring as I have restored many times since I first moved to 2.0 and it hasn't changed. Also in Safari if I hold on a picture and choose "Save Image" the same thing happens. Screenshots do show up properly.

So:
1)Camera pics do NOT show up ANYWHERE
2)"Save Image"pics do NOT show up ANYWHERE
3)Screenshots DO show up where they should


Any help would be appreciated

Download bossprefs and run the fix permissions.
