need 'resolv.conf' file.... HELP!

Does anyone have the contents or know what exactly goes into this file?? my wifi is not working and i have a feeling this could be the root cause.... I

need 'resolv.conf' file.... HELP!

Does anyone have the contents or know what exactly goes into this file?? my wifi is not working and i have a feeling this could be the root cause....

I do see a 20 bytes file 'resolv.conf' (with red mark on it) in the /private/etc directory. Why does it have a red mark on the file icon??

If you have the 'resolv.conf' file you can share with me, that would be very helpful.
