Yes there is a way to update cracked apps...here's how u do it:

1. Buy said app cracked app from the apple store

2. Get the free update from the AppStore

Yes you can update from the App store, you just need to certify the app. Write apple customer service with your account email registered in itunes and tell them the apps you have that are cracked. Leave a daytime phone and a return postal address and they'll send you confirmation that they got your email and want to verify you on your cracked apps.
