I upgraded to 2.1 and jb with quickpwn last week and due to being hasty I lost all my programs because I had them hidden with BossPref. I had Cydia and Installer also hidden and backed up with all of the setting the way they were. I decided to restore instead of upgrade so I could get those programs back but now I lost my contacts unless I use the bad backup I have. Is there any way to access my backup file and get my contacts from there or do I have to backup again?

Your contacts are not saved into the backup file....but rather your email client on the computer (Microsoft Outlook for example).
