    if you get a 2nd gen are you under contract and what are your options when there is a new iphone in 1-1.5 yrs? are you stuck with the 2nd gen you opted for a year earlier? are the features you are recieving from 1st to 2nd gen worth the money? only you can answer these questions...

    I am thinking of getting an Unlocked 3gb iphone.

    I currently have Unlocked iphone 1st gen and not under any sort of contract

    is what worth what money? and to who? stop thinking- go play with one- see if you like it better- it all depends on how good you are at selling? i just got a 1st gen last month- played with both, and i liked this one better-

    i sold my old one for 450. bought new one for 300+contract. I dont care about contract except when i see the bill.. oww
