Hi Buddies,

When I connect the iphone to the system, we will get a popup box
which shows external files and folders that we saved in the iphone.
we can see the iphone icon in the mycomputer also.

But now a days, I cannot see the iphone icon in the mycomputer, and the popup box is also not populating.

So by this problem Iam unable to take my datas stored in the iphone.

Pls give me solution.
