So I had BossPrefs installed on my 2.0.2 iPhone, with Cydia and Installer hid, because I like it that way. I upgraded it to 2.1 and then jailbroke/unlocked with Quickpwn. But now Cydia and Installer don't show up and I don't have any way of unhiding them because I don't have bossprefs because I didn't do aptbackup. Is this actually my problem or is quickpwn just messing up? thanks.

try to ssh into the phone and add bossprefs manually somehow before you go through all the trouble of restoring. or look for a bossprefs.plist or poof.plist and delete them.

yeah i was thinking that, but i don't know where to get bossprefs download from anyone know?

Here, I just SSHed my phone and downloaded it to my desktop, try SSHing this into yours (latest version and everything, don't worry)
