howto get Iphone 2.0.2 music off phone? (reinstalled windoz)

Hey guys so i decided to just give up on vista for now (again) and im back to 32bit XP ive installed the newest itunes but didnt sync. I have alot of not backed up music on my iphone and I really need it back so is there a free easy way to get these tracks off my phone so i can reimport them to itunes and resync etc?

your best bet is two options...one is to ssh into iPhone and copy the folder in
Var/mobile/media/iTunes control

Or google an app called "iPhone copy" or something like that, it's easier with the program
