anyone knows how to backup your iphone?

is there a way to backup all files such as music, contacts, and sms when you don't have a backup on your computer?
I've got new windows on pc, but I forgot to backup iphone, and now I want to upgrade it.

Well if you install itunes and do a backup, you can keep you contacts and stuff, but you have to resync the Music again
