Will Apple replace Incase Slider Case

I bought the case about a month ago and the case cracked right where that little line from the molding process remains, so i am pretty positive it is poor manufacturing. Still have original receipt from the apple store and before I drive half an hour to try to get a refund just wondering if any one has had this happen?

your better off calling the app store / incase company and asking what their policies are, before you do your drive...but dont get your hopes up..
