Looking for accessory

Hi! i was wondering if anyone has heard of an accessory that goes from (one dock connector) to a (3.5mm audio-out and power connector).

I want to connect it to my car but my old one doesnt charge my iphone3g. Any ideas?

i was hoping for one that is just a cord. one side the dock connector----to----the 3.5mm and the power connector (to be hardwired in). i want to avoid the cig lighter.
