    Phone acting weird.

    last night i turned the phone off ,an a few seconds later the phone cameback on by itself and now its giving me the message that says this device is not compatible with this phone. the message just comes up randomly and the phone is not connected to anything and also I can hear music thru the speakers. I did a complete restoration and it still doing it phone will not stay off. any Ideas?
