Default upgraded to 2.1, carrier signal (null)(null)

Upgraded a 2G iPhone to 2.1 firmware, quikpwned and it now shows the carrier as null null. Has anyone come across this before and does anyone know a solution???

    like so?

I don't have a sim installed (my spare phone). It might not be seeing yours. I had to re-run registration on my phone to activate it.

    Mine says carrier 2.6

However, after messing around the root directory using DiskAid. I noticed that if you delete the last 4 image icons in the System/Library/CarrierBundles/Unkown.Bundle

You'll get the "(null) (null)" and wont be able to access you APN settings either.

What's weird is I was still able to get Edge and it worked too. Luckily I saved them to my desktop and added them back again. With those back I get "carrier 2.6"

I've been looking around the Carrier Bundle directory trying to find a way to install official Tmobile logos. I've been having a hard time getting this done, for now I've been using MIM which is ok I guess.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
