I have wifi turned off via both the settings menu and through boss tools also. I cannot currently use the screen on the iphone. I need a crafty way to reset it possibly through deleting the preference file that tells it the feature is off, or by editing a Plist that tells it that it is off in preferences.

Any ideas?
