How to back up games before Restore

I need to back up asphalt 4 racer becuase i have a topscore, but i need to restore my phone is there a way to back it up so i still have my saved game?

i dont think you can...but what you can do is take a snapshot of it...save it down to your computer....at least you still got a proof.

sync your applications via iTunes? Or is your phone not capable of doing that at the moment?

Use AppBackup if you are jailbroken. That will save your settings. Of course you will have to SSH and copy the file onto your desktop before restoring.
