Open HTML files on Safari on iPhone

I have a bunch of HTML files I'm copying to my iPhone using Diskaid. I've created a folder under Media as that's the only folder I see when copying... How do I load this up into Safari once on the iphone? On my Windows XP box I type into Firefox

file:///C:/r&b_foundation/Begin_Here.html

This is a guitar course so it has some videos referenced in the HTML files. It'd be
nice if they'd play on the iPhone too.
