Original Iphone Keeps asking to RESTORE

Hello,
Almost every time I connect my original iphone to the computer, it asks to restore and it shows the connect to itunes screen on my phone. It is extremely weird and I don't know how to solve the problem. It gets kind of annoying. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get it to stop? Thank you.

Give alot more info.

1. Does the phone work properly when NOT connected (that image on the phone means its in "recovery mode".

2. What firmware?
3. Is it jailbroken? How?

Any info would help.

The phone works perfectly when it is not connected. The firmware is 2.0.2 and it's not jailbroken. I just got a warranty replacement last week too, that's what makes it more weird. Any help would be great. THANKS

Hmmmm, well then - I am going to assume you have restored it already, since it keep asking so......

1. Try completely uninstalling Itunes and then re-install Itunes.

If it continues.....

2. Take it back to Apple and say "#^%^$#$", its not working.
