3g iphone 8gb Repair needed

Hey what's up my iphone the other day dropped and slid a bit after being knocked out of my hand when i picked it up i restarted it and got the message "repair needed iphone cannot make or receive calls, contact Apple support."Any clues to whats going on. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks In Advance

try a restore. if that dosent work bring to apple and get replaced and dont tell them you droped it. be like i woke up to this...lol

That's if there aren't any marks on the phone.

When that error message appears, if its obvious you dropped your phone, depending on who you get, they won't replace the phone.

Did the phone get scratched up, or are there any signs that the phone has been dropped?
