Don't you guysin the states have to pay extra charges when tethering? Freaking scary amounts here in japan...

i tunnel.exe
anyone can help me! i have everything set ,open ssh,download the 2.7 try to file browser and give me a massage "itunnel.exe stop working" any ideas why???
