no WiFi, no bluetooth

Hi, I purchased unlocked iPhone 1.1.1, WiFi and Bluetooth was working without any problems. One day my SIM card was locked again (iPhone displayed message that SIM card is incorrect). I have virginized and got 1.1.1 (3A109a) firmware reinstalled following description on http://iphone.unlock.no. After firmware reinstallation my WiFi and bluetooth become not active. I have unlocked iPhone using ZiPhone v.2.4 but it did not help to solve this issue. When I go to General Setting I see Bluetooth Unavailable and in the Settings I see No Wi-Fi. Modem Firmware is 04.03.13_G. EDGE is working properly. I'm working with Windows. Please help. Thanks!

I have same problem, but coming from 1.0.2.early unlocked with indep. and jail break.
Please help us!
