iphones got competition

dunno if this has been posted but check out the keyboard. i wonder how practical it is. i've heard of these keyboards before but on a mobile phone is interesting.

According to the gadget web-site T3 a brand new mobile make is to strike the market soon. It is supposed to have some pretty impressive features like 5.0 megapixel camera, 3G internet and 32 GB of storage. The most characteristic feature would be the laser keyboard projected on the surface below by the slide out part of the device - would be because its official web site: Brand New 01 Phone doesn’t state if the picture shows the actual device or just the project its creators are working on.
The foreground of the official web-site there is an official count-down ticker which at the time of writing this article shows 25 days.
I guess we will have to wait to see if the enigmatic device will appear to be good enough to stir up the situation on the mobile phone market and challenge the market leaders. There are already some assumptions being made that the device may be the Nokia Tube itself. Are we going to be nicely surprised in 25 days? Time will tell.

Looks pretty cool, but I doubt we will see a "laser" keyboard.....or the phone at all.

id like to see a keyboard that works like that, im sure it works perfect, how would it even work? all it is a picture of a keyboard projected onto nothing, although i did wish the iphone had 32gb of storage, id be set, with 20gb

This phone above may be a hoax but the keyboard is real and can be used with PC and mobile phones via BT.

I have it and it works like **** on a glass coffee table but worked ok on other surfaces.

The celluon is a newer model then the old one I have, maybe it works better.

Well, personally my biggest gripe is the lack of tactile feedback on the iphone. I wouldn't want to be typing on a desk surface personally. It is just way more convenient typing on the actual screen in my opinion. Whether it's fake or real, one thing is for sure. I definitely wouldn't want to have to prop my phone up whenever I want to type.

Well with a laser keyboard I hope it wouldn't be your only option. I like the iPhone keypad most of the time and wish landscape was available for sending SMS.
