programs from installer like pcalc,etc not workin

I recently some apps from installer like pcalc and games and so forth and it is saying that they cannot be opened. Do i have to install something to make it work???

did you reboot your phone after the installation? some apps require a reboot. Try that.

tried that and still nothing worked.

Do you have Kate or Categories installed on the phone? These two apps have known to mess up some apps. If not, I am not sure what you can do but uninstall installer and reinstall it..then download the apps again.
