Successful upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.1.3, but all 3rd application icon gone

After upgraded all 3rd application icon gone, but they list in uninstall tap. Itune show there are 3xx mb used by other. It mean that the upgrade process without delete that kind of file?

Do i need to uninstall those application and install again?

Or it can just install some fix to make all application icon appear
