Edge Problems

I have a jailbroken 1.1.3 iphone on At&T's network and its activated through Itunes, and ever since i upgraded 1.1.3 my edge only works half of the time. I have the E symble and I know I get signal, becuse i tested it with another Iphone that was 1.1.2.

I have tried rejailbraking it about 3 times, rest all setings, and reset all netwrok setings. I don't know what to do next. I do have times when it works but thoughs are extreamly rare.

Please help me and I will try to awnser all questions if it will help fixing my problem.

I am having a similar issue after upgrading my jailbroken 1.0.2 iPhone to 1.1.3 and jailbraking it to run on T-Mobile. It seems my email has no problem but the maps, safari, weather and stocks won't work even with a "E" edge icon showing....
