Water damage restore problem

There was water damage on my iPhone but only on the top part where the headphone jack is.

Now the screen is very dark and the touchscreen won't work.

Also I plugged it in and tried to restore it but now when the restoring is finished my phone just turns off and when i plug it back in it goes to the Set Up Your iPhone screen.

Any suggestions?

I am not sure if by restoring software gonna fix your problems. Anyhow, you want to bypass that screen you would have to pwn your phone...jailbreak tools are on this site. Please do a search for pwnage tools, winpwn, quickpwn..etc. Good Luck

Aside from buying a new one, no.

Doesnt matter if "just" the top got wet, if the circuitboard got wet it will screw everything up. If the screen is funky and the touchscreen isnt working your phone is screwed. A restore isnt going to fix it.
